Unfortunately, Hannah started throwing up on the very same day. She missed school yesterday and today vomiting and Emma missed preschool all week. At the doctor, we found out that Bekah has Fifth's Disease, which is a common childhood illness. Supposedly once the rash hits, they start feeling better. Here's hoping! They also discovered that the antibiotic she was on did not get rid of her ear infection. In fact, she now has a double ear infection. They prescribed a stronger antibiotic to see if we could wipe it out (remember it was a super severe infection, so that may be why the medicine didn't work).
All in all, we have just been feeling a little bit cruddy around here. I have been so tired from all the lack of sleep at night that yesterday I actually sort of took a nap! For those of you who know me, that is a big deal, lol. I never, ever nap. I don't know why, but I don't like to do it. Joe almost fell off his chair when I told him I had tried to sleep for awhile. He was like..."You don't even nap when you're pregnant!" That's how tired I've been. Of course, the nap didn't involve a huge amount of actual sleep since I was on the couch with lots of little kids around me. Caleb insisted on laying on top of me (I was laying on the couch on my side). He wouldn't lay next to me, he had to lay on top of my side as I slept. It was oh, so comfortable. :)

Ooch! Poor thing. She looks like she's feeling miserable. :( And now that I think of it, I think Teancum had something like that when he was a baby. With the fever and rash and all that. But poor Bekah had to have ear infections too on top of it all. :( Poor thing. She needs extra kisses or something.
