The girls were crazy about picking wildflowers. My girls have some desperate need to pick flowers and are constantly disappointed that I refuse to let them gather up all the ones in our neighborhood (I'm sure the neighbors would be thrilled, lol). All those flowers up there...belonging to no one?!? It was a dream come true!

Caleb loved this sign about the local fish. He freaked out every time we passed it and insisted on my reading it to him. I guess he is his grandpa's grandson. :)

One night some deer actually came into the yard while the kids were playing! They were thrilled beyond belief. By the time I got my camera out, I only caught a shot of their hasty retreat, hehe.
