Sorry I haven't been around for awhile. I've had quite the week! A horrible toothache turned into quite the dental ordeal. I had three root canals, one tooth extraction, a temporary bridge and some cavities taken care of last week (the price I paid for 15 years of not going to the dentist)! Phew. It was all done at once! They put me to sleep with an IV and five hours (and $7000) later I was finished. I have been pretty out of it for the last while. I am still in quite a bit of pain four days later, but doing better. I return next week for the permanant crowns on my root canal and I am hoping to be feeling better by then.
Joe took two days off of work to watch over the babies and to nurse me back to health. He was such the Mr. Mom! I think he was a little surprised at the hectic pace of my life these days (he couldn't believe that he was on the go from early morning on...I think he was hoping for a little more "down" time during his time off). He did a great job, though, and only forgot Hannah's Activity Days...not bad from the long list of instructions I gave him. He is quite a guy! I don't know what I would do without him.
Addie Rose, I hope you are proud of me for going to the dentist and "beating the Anxiety Monster" we both fight! I love you!

Ugh! Sounds awful and expensive! But at least its done, right? And hopefully more frequent trips will make it less of an ordeal for you. Getting used to the idea, I mean. I'm so sorry though that you had to go through it and you were so anxious about it. :( But everything turned out well and you will hopefully not be in pain much longer. That's sure to be nice, I bet.
