Mmmmm...chocolate

I've decided that I had better catch up on my blogging. While the blog may have been idle, the Boyers have not! We haven't been on one of our normal weekly field trips in awhile. The last one that we attended was a visit to a local chocolate factory. We were very excited for the tour. It was a bit of an adventure finding the place, and we ended up being late for our scheduled tour. Oops. It was okay. They were able to still accommodate us. I thought the tour was...well...less than thrilling. It seemed like we watched a lot of movies about how chocolate was made and didn't really see much of anything actually happening at the factory. Maybe this was because we were there later in the day and they weren't operating at that point or something. Who knows. We did get yummy chocolate samples, though, so I guess all can be made well with chocolate. :)

Here I am will all of my kids and the Norton kids. It's funny. I looked at this picture and immediately started counting. I was sure that someone was missing. I finally realized it is because all the kids look like...well, kids. No babies! I am used to a stroller or a babe in arms. How crazy that we just have a big bunch of kids!

Watching one of the three movies. Don't get me wrong, this movie was actually pretty interesting. I just felt like I could have watched it on the Discovery Channel from my home instead of driving all the way to the factory.
