The birth of a picture

In our family, the children constantly want to be in whatever picture I am taking. They rarely seem to all want to be in one at the same time, however. It is nearly impossible to get a shot of all six at once. Here is the birth process of one such shot.

Hannah and Emma ask me to take their picture

Ammon and Lizzie run over and insist on getting in on the action
Bekah wonders why people are all bunching together and comes to investigate

Noticing that I have five of the six, I decide to make an effort to get all of them

I get about five seconds of the kids standing together...

...and someone inevitably loses interest :)
