Yesterday was the big BSU/Virginia Tech game. With such a huge game on the line, we decided that we needed a way to show our pride. With not many options available to us, all eight of us dressed in our BSU gear and just went to the grocery store together. :) Before we left, though, Joe ran across the street and asked our big BYU fan neighbor if he would take our picture. It was pretty funny. He said he wasn't sure if he was going to be able to complete the distasteful task , especially when his dog kept wanting to lay in front of us, lol. We're sure that Roxy (the dog) must be a closet BSU fan as well.
When at the store with six kids we tend to be a spectacle anyway, but with matching BSU shirts, no one could ignore us, haha. We had quite a few comments, a few questions about the game, and even met up with some other BSU fans lurking about in Utah. The game was awesome, a true thriller. So happy that our Broncos brought home the W!
I am proud enough of the Broncos to even put up this nasty picture of me, hehe. Go BSU!

This shot was from earlier in the week. I happened to notice that all six had their shirts on (again!) and decided to take a picture. :) The kids are so cute about the Broncos. They constantly have to defend them against all the BYU fans here. They catch a lot of flack from their friends about their choice of football team. The sad thing is that both Lizzie and Hannah have mentioned that they have an interest in attending BYU when they grow up. Oh well...
