I just wanted to type this up because it is so sweet and I don't want to forget it. Hannah and I clash at times over her homework (who doesn't?). After I got upset with her the other day, she wrote me this poem to apologize.
Dear Mom,
I love you so much with all my heart.
I NEVER want you and me to part.
Sometimes when you see me blue,
you know exactly what to do.
I feel so happy when you sing,
it gives me a happy feelING.
I see the way you love and care
and I know I can trust you anywhere.
I'm sorry of how rude I was
because of my homework (trust me, I was a jerk!).
The way you spoil from head to toe
reminds me of a sweet, gentle doe.
I hope you will take my poem apology
because you mean more than the WORLD to me!
I love you, Mom, you're as sweet as can be.
I just hope you will forgive the jerk called me.
I love you, Mom!
