We had two special evenings together before Christmas. One of my very most favorite parts of the holiday was a sacred evening we had at Em's house the Sunday before Christmas. The four and older crowd gathered and celebrated the birth of our Savior. The kids each prepared a part and we sang songs together. It was such a special evening. We also had a little talent show one night. The kids each enjoyed their moment in the spotlight.
Because we wanted to start around 7:30, my youngest kiddos were not quite sleepy yet. Joe gave them each a gameboy in their beds. They were delighted! :)
Ready to begin
We even had a slide show with pictures as we went.
Cousins ready to show off their talents! (Josh (3), Preston (2), Addie (9), Brielle (6), Lizzie (8), Emma (5), Caleb (3), Karl (8), and Bekah (2)
Those Richards really ARE talented!
Lizzie played a piece she wrote on the piano..."Meadow"
Cutest kids ever
Emma REALLY wanted to dance with Bekah. Bekah wasn't really sure about the dancing part, haha.
Sweet Caleb sings "Follow the Prophet"
Brielle is proud of her art
Ammon sure loves the little folk. Ella and Preston seem pretty comfortable with him as well.
Our almost ten year olds!
