In order to preserve our sanity, we did have a few events without all of those sweet munchkins. My sweet dad took all of the "adults" (I have to use that term loosely with some of the supposed adults in my family) out to eat. We went to a scrumptious Mexican restaurant. Well, the others said it was scrumptious. I am one of those ultra losers that orders a hamburger at a Mexican restaurant *blush*
Kerri, Spence, Donnetta, Joe, and a bit of my mom. By the way, that alcohol thing is just a condiments holder, not real beer, hehe
Emily and Randon take a minute to get all mushy away from their kids. Ugh. We had to SIT by this! :)
Me and my sweetheart. When I see this picture, all I see is how TIRED I look. I was at the end of five VERY tiring days of non-stop activities while I felt like garbage. It was nice to relax with just my handsome hunk of a husband.
One evening, the women revolted and left the men in order to have a Girls Night Out (yes, with capitalized letters! hehe). My mom reserved some tickets for us to go see Cinderella at the Starlight Mountain Theater (one of those outdoors places up in the mountains). It was fun to get out with just the girls. Joe and Randon fretted a bit about what would happen if we got into a car accident and ALL the moms in the family were killed, but we made it safely there and back!
On the road again!
We had an adventure trying to figure out the new bug spray my mom had brought up with her, lol. Here we are, though, all sprayed and ready for the show. Yours truly, my mom Suzanne, Joe's wife Donnetta, Spencer's wife Kerri, and my sister Emily
My big sis
After we got back to Boise, we didn't want the evening to end. Kerri suggested ice cream, so here we are!
What a hottie!
After the bug hit Emily, Joe and I took advantage of my parent's willingness to help babysit and we went to a movie. We saw Iron Man. We were very nearly the only people in the theater. We loved the show and I loved being out with Joe. I have no pictures, so you'll just have to imagine it (could you please imagine me with perfect hair and makeup and looking gorgeous? Thanks)...

Haha! Looks like fun. And the ice cream with that fudge! Yum!
Oh yeah, and I thought you looked really good in that sleepy picture. Seriously. Hehe, maybe I don't know what you look like super sleepy, although I should since we stay at your place till the wee hours. Still, maybe you should do a blog of just pictures of you at different times of day. Tee hee. Great idea, don't you think? (giggle, giggle)
