Gettin' Old
Last week I had my birthday! Unfortunately, I was sick with strep and felt horrible. Joe and I both ended up at the doctor on my birthday. They were very nice to us, though, and even gave me a princess sticker because it was my big day. :) They also gave each of us a shot and within about 24 hours we were feeling much better. After we had recovered we celebrated with cake and presents. The kids are so cute and always dote on me for my big day. I hope I have many more happy days!

I'm so sorry you were sick on your birthday. :( Poor thing. A bonus though, from the picture I count 13 candles plus the number five. So, it looks like you're turning 18! Nicely done! That must have been quite a shot! Where can I get one?
Happy Birthday!!! So sorry you were sick - I'm getting over strep myself, and I had FORGOTTEN how much it STINKETH. Ouch, woman!!!
