The kids started school again last week. Ammon is a junior (how is that possible?!?), Hannah is in 8th grade, Lizzie in 6th, Emma in 4th, Caleb in 2nd, and Bekah in kindergarten! With six kids in school, the challenges are varied and always around. :) We have everything from the pressure of high school, SAT/ACTs, pre-college stuff, to middle school girl drama (which is always plentiful with Hannah Bay), Lizzie is homeschooling this year (which brings on challenges of its own), anxious Emma and Caleb at a new school trying to make all new friends, and Bekars struggling to learn how to listen in kindergarten. All in all, though, I am pretty pleased thus far. One week in...who knows how many to go!
